View over Cologne….

My plan for today was to go and take pics from the LVR-Tower. This tower is relatively new (about 2 years old) and has an observation deck on the top (29.th floor). Should have gone yesterday since the visibility was better yesterday but nevertheless it was still amazing today. Cityhall and the church Gross St. Martin.

Our Cologne cathedral seems to be somewhere in between fields (not the case though… 😉 ).

This energy-plant is not as near to Cologne as it seems to be. Amazing what you can see from up there these days…

People in Cologne don’t easily mention that city since we are supposed to be enemies but today you could even see Düsseldorf (watch out for the tower at the left side)

And this is in the direction opposite the Cathedral. It is more hilly than the other side but even this area is not really close…
