Greenland 2024 – 4

We had discussed the previous evening if we should change our flight back to Iceland to Friday instead of Saturday because it looked like there was another storm coming up and it was nearly certain that the flight back would be cancelled as well. So our choice was to be stuck again for several days or switch the flight to Friday and fly home early. In the end none of us wanted to get stuck again and Anja from Northern Explorers rebooked our flights. We were lucky that there were enough seats available. But that meant that this was already our last full day. I took pics of the camp and flew my drone as much as I could. 😉 The yellow cabin is the one I stayed in. And I saw some nice mirror effects on the rocks of the bay. In the evening we saw a nice sunset coming. From the camp we couldn’t see the sun but the drone could see it. 😀 And we saw a snowfinch on a cabin.
