Greenland 2024 – 1

We finally had left Keflavik and flew over to Kulusuk in Eastern Greenland. We were welcomed there by greenlandic guys who work with Sven and Anja from Northern Explorers (with whom I have been on trips since 2013). 🙂 An ATV brought our luggage to the harbor and we walked over. Like everyone else…. 😉
Our luggage was on one boat and we were on another one. So we started our trip over to the Ice Camp which took us about 1.5 hours. Once arrived at the Ice Camp we were welcomed by Sven, had dinner and then started to look for northern lights. And once again lady aurora didn’t disappoint. We had so beautiful colors. Just not sure that the green is really aurora or if this is a phenomen called air glow (I think it was more air glow than aurora). But the other colors were really cool. Milky way behind the northern lights… and lots of planes and satelites flying over Greenland…
