A weekend in Zeeland – day 2

The next morning we went downstairs to get our pre-ordered breakfast (no more buffet) and then we got ready for the first dive. I was rather uncomfortable because the wetsuit I already hated before was cutting into my arm and it hurt. In addition I had problems with my photogear (interestingly Katrin had issues as well and when she finally found her problem I realized that I had the same one as I had set this specific setting in Greenland for the Northern lights – last time I had used that camera…) 😀
So I finished the dive after 45 minutes. When we were outside chilling and changing into wet clothes a car drove by and it was pure coincidence that I saw that one person in that car was another friend of ours – whom we always run into when we are in Zeeland. So this time as well. 😀 We spent a lot of time chatting with her and her boyfriend. At one point we split to meet again later. Katrin and I went to our favorit dive-shop. It is our tradition that we go there whenever we are in Zeeland and this time I was looking for a new wetsuit. They had one that I liked but not the right size. So that meant no second dive that day. Katrin went with the other two and when they got out of the water it was already nearly time for dinner again. Katrin and I had again bought something to eat at the supermarket and went up on the dyke again to enjoy another beautiful sunset. That day there were much less divers. My theory is still that on friday night bars had been closed so there was no deco-beer. Saturday the bars were open…. 😀 Below some pics from that day (even a few from under water).
