Northern lights fireworks – part 1
So that first evening after dinner Falk, Marion, Galice and I went back to the lakes. I wasn’t really too happy as it was a 30 minute walk uphill but I knew that if Lady Aurora would show up it would be worth it. Even now going through the pictures again to select the ones to show here I feel really blessed again. We had expected activity but we hadn’t expected it to start when it was not even dark yet. It started slowly but then after a while the sky to my left started to burn and then one of the most incredible things I have ever seen started… It was an evening I won’t likely ever forget. Marion and Falk had left earlier but Galice and stayed longer. On the way back to the house we took some more pics – we just couldn’t stop ourselves (and we were both glad that we were like-minded about it). So here are some pics from Lady Aurora…
